For those minions who read this blog regularly, YES, I changed it yet again. I woke up at 4 am and the "width" issue was bugging me. And the only way I could see to get back to the original layout was to start from scratch. In the process, I moved a few things around, changed a few colors...
I would appreciate any feedback on readability, etc. because I've looked at it so much, I almost can't tell anymore.

I loved the orange and thought it was really cutting edge and artistic, but I say keep us off guard and guessing. Change it regularly just to make us a little uncomfortable. What we think is moot really. It has to resonate with you. That's the beauty of a blog. It is a moving piece of art that is easy to change on a whim...and I'm all for whimsy.
P.S. If you leave this design for a while and then change it, I will probably say the same thing about this one!
I liked the orange too, and didn't want to have a black background, just because everyone else does. But the orange became somewhat overwhelming! And I think I secretly wanted the black background anyway. Although technically, this isn't black; that's how I got around that little problem!
I did notice it isn't black and that makes it easier to read. It is much more difficult to read white on black. That's why my blog doesn't match my website! I wanted people to be able to read it without having problems. Congratulations for achieving the black look without creating the reading difficulties! You get many points for that and you are moving into cutting edge as we speak. People might pay for your blogging secrets. I'm getting punchy. I'm trying to get a break from my crazy daughter at the moment. I am hiding at your blog!
